Last Saturday saw Platform host a party at Camberwell’s warehouse venue Synergy from 10pm - 4am. Several things were amazing about this:
- The bar was relatively cheap, and would have served someone licking an oversized novelty lollipop wearing dungarees without asking for ID.
- The upstairs area, where hundreds of people lay recumbent on cushions under the nicotine/other things fug.
- There was a marked absence of twats there; no ostentatiously garbed pondlife running around ululating about how very ‘skins’ it all was, no beyonce dissenters, just people enjoying themselves.
