I found another cool artist on the interweb. I think I was Google imaging Burzum for the billionth time or something and I found William Boone’s blog with lots of his work on.
William is 27 year old Texan with a name like a gold prospector in a coonskin hat and he makes art that focuses (visually at least) on angry young men doing stuff because they are pissed off.
What I mean by that is that he draws a lot of pictures of punk and metal fans and other unpleasant, hormonal and too-angry-for-their-own-good kids dealing with their primitive, masculine rage in whatever way they can. I don’t know if he’s dealing with his own primitive masculine rage or if he just likes to look at other people’s. Did you enjoy my art criticism just then? Here he is in his own words and pictures.
