Have you seen the papers today? Michael Jackson was the victim of a homicide! You couldn’t make it up etc etc.
I feel bad for the guy cos he had a lot of bad luck in his life, so as a tribute to him today I’ve been reading this book I got sent called Neverland, by a guy called Simon Crump, which is all about him. Hello and welcome to my book corner. Enjoy your stay.
Here are some things that happen in the book:
Jacko dies several times, (thrice by his own hand, once by his Grandmother’s, once by his manager’s); assaults a gang of Mods “proper style”; buys a unicorn on e-bay for two million dollars; discovers that his parents are whelks; moves to Doncaster; disinters Elvis’ remains to commemorate his marriage to Lisa Marie Presley; pans for gold in the gold rush of 1898 and spends a great deal of time mooning about with Uri Geller.
None of it is true but it’s really funny and I’m completely backing it. The guy who wrote it also wrote a book about Elvis that I reckon might be along the same lines, I’m going to find it and read it.
Apparently this was finished four hours before MJ kicked the bucket/was brutally murdered, which was a pretty great coincidence and I bet they rushed it out after that, so there’s probably a few typos that have slipped through the net. I will give a prize to the first person who spots one (although I haven’t spotted one yet).
(I used to have this video game, when he rescues kids they grab at his crotch, it’s pretty funny)
